How do I check in my luggage?
Check-in your luggage at the coach by handing it over to our Coach Captain or Porter (for Singapore and Kuala Lumpur only). It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded into the right coach’s luggage compartment.

If you have additional items such as golf bags, baby strollers, or any items of unusual luggage size, please enquire and check-in with our Customer Care Officer before boarding.

 
 

Do you have any restrictions on what can I place in my luggage and otherwise?
Kindly ensure that you do not store heat-sensitive items in your luggage and any other valuable items should be kept by your side at all times. Please be reminded that are you not allowed to bring any prohibited items of your destination's country. For more information, you may visit these websites:

What is the carry-on-board baggage allowance?
We allow one piece of hand-carried luggage not bigger than 30cm x 15cm x 10cm. On top of that we only allow for camera bags or shopping bags to be carried on board.

 
 

What is the baggage allowance?

With effect from 18.03.2008, every adult seat purchased will be issued with two (2) complimentary luggage tags and every child seat purchased will be issued with one (1) complimentary luggage tag.

DISCLAIMERS

While we attempt to take care of your check-in luggage, the risk of loss or damage of the check-in luggage remains with you. We strongly advise customers against placing any item(s) that is heat sensitive in the luggage compartment due to the warm conditions of said compartment.

Our Coach Captain will unload your luggage at the immigration check points and upon arrival. Kindly stand by while the luggage is unloaded to claim your luggage. We are not responsible in ensuring your luggage will not be claimed by a third party.

At the immigration & custom check points, you shall carry the luggage from the coach to the customs and back to the coach. Kindly ensure that your luggage is loaded into our luggage compartment. We are not to be held responsible if the luggage is left behind and not loaded into the coach.


RIGHT OF REFUSAL TO CARRY LUGGAGE

We also have the right to refuse to carry any luggage in the following events :-
There is more luggage than our storage capacity. We shall load the luggage with the Complimentary Luggage Tags first. Should there be not enough storage space, we have the right to refuse to carry luggage with Additional Purchased Luggage Tags. In such event, we shall refund you with the purchase price of the Additional Purchased Luggage Tags. There shall be no refund of the Coach Ticket.

The luggage is very large or heavy which our Coach Captain finds difficult to load and unload into our storage space.

It is deemed by us to be unsuitable to transport the luggage for any reason.

 
 

What if I need additional luggage tag?
Should you need Additional Luggage Tags, you may purchase the Additional Luggage Tags from our Customer Care Officer at the coach before boarding. The cost is RM10 for trips departing from Malaysia and S$10 for trips departing from Singapore.

 
 

Who should I make the payment to for the additional luggage tag?
The payment should be made to our Customer Care Officer who will then issue you a yellow tag to be attached to your luggage. Please ensure you obtain this tag as proof of payment and acknowledgment by our Customer Care Officer.

 
 

Do I carry my own luggage at the Immigration & Custom Checkpoint?
Yes you do as you are to ensure your clearance from the immigration & custom check point. Please ensure you collect the correct luggage.

 
 

I forgot my luggage/hand-carry, can you recover it for me?
Each and every item found left behind on our coach will be rightfully returned to its owner.

Please be reminded that you are to ensure your every belonging is collected during immigration & custom inspection, as well as upon disembarkation of coach at your destination, as we will not be held responsible should your item(s) and/or luggage(s) be missing.

 
 

I forgot my (item) during the journey, can you recover it for me?

We will attempt to recover your item with our utmost best. Each and every item found left behind on our coach will be rightfully returned to its owner. Please let us know as soon as possible of your left behind item to enable an immediate search.

Kindly note that you are to check of your belongings’ presence before you disembark from our coach. We will not be held responsible should your item(s) be missing.
