What type of buses do you have?
All our buses are Double Deck Coaches with 30 seats on the upper deck and 6 seats on the lower deck. The lower deck also consists of a washroom and a pantry.

All Aeroline coaches are serviced with a Cabin Crew to serve meals & beverages, offer headphone & blanket, as well as to assist passengers generally during the journey. Aeroline coaches are air-conditioned with Steril-Aire UVC and use air suspension for a superior ride comfort. Each coach is equipped with comfortable ergonomic reclining seats that incorporate leg support, on board personal entertainment system, reading lights, plug and USB points for the convenience of recharging your laptop or mobile devices while on the move.

 
 

Can I request for a specific coach?
We fix our bus schedules based on our operational needs therefore we are not able to entertain any request for a specific coach for your trip.

 
 

What kind of entertainment selection do you provide?
You will be able to choose a selection of popular movies, documentaries, TV shows and different music channels on your personal entertainment system. We also provide headphones to passengers in order that each of our passengers may enjoy the entertainment in comfort & solitude.

 
 

Do you have WI-FI on board?
At the moment, there is no WI-FI service on board our coaches.

 
 

Can I use my laptop on board?
Yes, you may use your laptop on board. We have provided plug points for your convenience to work and recharge your mobile devices. This facility however is only provided in our new coach.

 
 

Is there a smoking section? Can I smoke on board?
All our coaches are strictly non-smoking coaches.

 
 

When do you serve your meals?
Meals are usually served between half an hour to one hour after the start of the journey.

Meals for trips departing from Singapore, however, will be served after the clearance of both Singapore and Malaysia Immigration & Customs checkpoints.

 
 

Do I get any drinks?
Yes, we provide each passenger with a bottle of mineral water at the start of the journey and a cup of hot beverage of your choice during the trip.

 
 

Is the food served on board Halal?
Yes, we only serve halal food prepared by selected Halal-Certified caterers.

 
 

Can I request for vegetarian food?
Yes, we will serve you vegetarian food so long as you correctly choose this type of meal when you do the booking of your ticket.

 
 

How can I change my meal preference?
For online purchases or e-ticket holders, you may make the meal preference change via online. For holders of physical boarding tickets, you have to do the change request at our Service Counter.

Kindly note that change of meal preference via online can be made one time only. Subsequent change will have to be made at our Service Centre.

Meal changes are to be done not less than 24 hours before the time of departure.

 
 

Do you serve beef in your meals?
No, we do not serve beef at all for our meals in consideration of our Buddhist and Hindu passengers.

 
 

What is a standby meal and why did I get it?
Standby meals usually consist of light snacks such as instant cup-noodles, crackers or biscuits.

Standby meals are provided to our passengers who book last-minute tickets. Due to time-limitations on our caterers part, they are sometimes unable to prepare the full meal within the given short time-limit.

 
 

Can I use the lower deck’s lounge?
Some of our buses do not have a lounge with round table on the lower deck. In such circumstances, the seats on the lower deck, even though they are available, may not be used by passengers who hold tickets for the upper deck seats.

 
 

Is the washroom at your lower deck usable?
Yes, it is available for use by our passengers. The washroom/toilet is meant for a short relief or light usage only.
Should you require to use a toilet for other than a short relief, please seek our Cabin Crew’s assistance to request the coach captain to make a stop at the next R&R area.
