What do I do when I get to your Service Centre for my journey?
If you already have your physical boarding ticket or your e-Ticket ready with you, you may directly go to the bus boarding point 15 minutes before your departure time.

How do I check-in my luggage?
Check-in your luggage at the coach by handing it over to our Coach Captain. It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded into the right coach’s luggage compartment.
If you have additional items such as golf bags, baby strollers, or any items of unusual luggage size, please enquire and check-in with our Customer Care Officer before boarding.

What time is the boarding for my trip?
Boarding for all trips is 15 minutes before departure time.

Can I choose to board an earlier departure time if it is available?
Yes, you may do so for the same route for the same travel day if seats are available up till 15 minutes before its departure time. Please note that this change in bringing forward your trip must be done on the day of departure and will incur an administration charge of RM10.00/S$5.00
E.g. If your journey is on 26th November at 4.30pm for KL-SIN and you would like to opt for the 10.00am KL-SIN trip, you have to be at our KL Service Centre on 26th November before 9:45am. Our Customer Care Officer will check for any seat availability and prepare the switch by issuing a new boarding pass for you latest by 9:45am.

Can I choose to board a later departure time on the same travel day if it is available?
No, this switch is strictly not allowed.

Will the coach wait for me if I am late?
We strive to always depart on time, however, we allow a maximum extra waiting time of 5 (five) minutes just in case our passengers' watches or other gadgets' timing is slightly off from our official timing.
In consideration of the other early-arriving passengers already on board, we release the bus to depart after the five minutes' wait is over.

Will you call me if I’m not there yet and the coach is about to leave?
We do not call late customers and we do not accept calls from late customers simply because we may be busy attending to boarding passengers.
Kindly note that you are responsible for your punctual and timely arrival before the trip’s departure and we shall not make outgoing calls nor entertain incoming calls over your lateness.

What if I've checked in but my spouse/parent/child/friend/relative is not here yet, can we wait for him/her?
Kindly ensure everyone in your travelling party arrives 15 minutes before departure time. We would be unable to hold the coach at the expense of other passengers already on board. We hope you'd understand that regardless of a single person check-in or otherwise, your punctuality matters to all on board.
