What is the Custom & Immigration Checkpoint procedure?
At the Departure terminal (leaving the country) for both Malaysia and Singapore checkpoints, all passengers are required to disembark with their passport and travel documents, including the white Immigration Card (for visitors). Please ensure your personal belongings are brought along with you and you do not leave it on board.

At the Arrival terminal (entering the country) for both Malaysia and Singapore checkpoints, all passengers are required to disembark with their passport, travel documents including the white Immigration Card (for visitors) and all luggage including personal belongings.

Ensure that you collect the correct luggage from our Coach Captain who will assist to unload all luggage from the luggage compartment. It is a passenger's responsibility to carry his/her luggage through the checkpoint and to ensure his/her luggage is collected correctly. Upon completion of the checkpoint process, proceed to the coach waiting area where you are to ensure your luggage is loaded onto the correct coach before boarding.

Kindly note that Custom officials will inspect the coach upon the disembarkation of all passengers at both terminals for any harmful or suspicious looking articles/items. Please ensure you do not carry or bear any item(s) that are prohibited against both countries' laws and restrictions.

Will the procedure for custom and immigration take long?
Aeroline uses the second link via Tuas which is significantly smooth and easy during normal periods. Ensure you have the correct and necessary travel documents with you and your belongings are lawfully correct, and you'll be able to have a smooth procedure at both checkpoints. We would advise for visitors to a country, that you do not delay completing the white Immigration Card upon receiving it from our service crew. Please note that visa on arrival at the checkpoints is not allowed for both entry into Malaysia and Singapore.

During school and public holidays, please take note that the traffic at both checkpoints will increase and your allowance of an extra period of time would be much appreciated. Ensuring your travel documents are accurate and your belongings are declared rightfully would help shorten the waiting time for you and all other passengers.
